Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a permit for my Riverside dumpster rental?

You don’t need a permit to keep your roll off dumpster on private property, like your driveway or construction site. But if you want us to deliver your bin to the street, you’ll need a Street Opening Permit from the city of Riverside. This is especially important if your bin will affect the flow of traffic or block a sidewalk. Be sure to get the permit after you rent a dumpster but before delivery.

Are there any items I can’t toss in my roll off dumpster?

While our dumpster rental service can haul away a wide range of debris, there are certain prohibited items that can’t go in a dumpster. This includes oil, paint, household chemicals and other flammable or hazardous waste. These materials raise safety concerns at the landfill and may damage your bin. You can’t throw bulky items, like tires and railroad ties, in your roll off container either. Wondering about a specific item from your junk removal job? Get in touch with our team.

How It Works

1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
