Budget Dumpster Receives 2018 Smart Business Award for Superior Customer Service

Budget Dumpster has been selected as an award recipient at the 2018 Smart Business Customer Service Awards, presented by Minute Men HR & Staffing.
The Smart Business 2018 Customer Service Awards recognize organizations that have demonstrated superior customer service and highlight the importance of high-quality customer service in the business world. Budget Dumpster is being recognized alongside other Northeast Ohio businesses, including Cleveland Clinic, Geis Hospitality Group and JACK Entertainment.

Budget Dumpster’s customer service department caters to an underserved market of do-it-yourselfers and others with a one-time need for a dumpster rental. In 2018, the customer service team reduced wait times to an average of 18 seconds, decreased the number of transfers required per call and shortened call times to an average of two minutes per call.
In addition to this award, Budget Dumpster was recently named one of the fastest growing private companies by Inc. 5000 and recognized as one of the top workplaces in Northeast Ohio by The Plain Dealer.
