Budget Dumpster Recognized in 2022 Smart Culture Awards

Budget Dumpster has been recognized by Smart Business Magazine as a 2022 Smart Culture Award honoree. This award explores how culture can become an asset to drive performance, transform organizations into an employer-of-choice and ultimately impact the bottom line. Budget Dumpster was also honored with this award in 2018.
This honor will be accepted at the 2022 Smart Culture Conference & Awards event on April 6th at The Ritz-Carlton in Cleveland. The annual conference features an awards program honoring local organizations that have demonstrated cutting-edge practices in sustaining a Smart Culture, as well as in-depth presentations from experts who are leading the way.
Budget Dumpster recognizes that its continual growth and success would not be possible without a culture that prioritizes employee needs. Budget Dumpster achieved 53% revenue growth between 2018 and 2020 and has grown from 150 employees in 2018 to 339 employees at the end 2021.
