Can my dumpster rental go in the street?
Our driver can deliver your roll off dumpster to the street as long as it's in a flat, paved area. If you live in Sumter County, you may need a permit ahead of time. Contact the Operations Division of the Public Works Department for more information. To keep your roll off container in the street in Marion County, you need a Right-of-Way Use Permit from the Office of the County Engineer. If you're unsure where to keep your dumpster, reach out to our team. We'll help you find the right placement.
When I rent a dumpster, what can I throw away?
Our dumpster rental service in The Villages can haul away a variety of trash, including household junk, yard waste and construction debris. We can also take mattresses, box springs and some electronics. You can put appliances in some of our bins, though there may be an extra fee. They require additional processing at the landfill. It's important to note some materials can never go in a roll off container. Prohibited items include tires, gasoline, paint, chemicals and other flammable or hazardous waste. How It Works
1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
