What can’t I dispose of with a roll off dumpster?
While we accept most debris types, you can never throw flammable or hazardous waste in a roll off container. This includes oil, asbestos, paint and railroad ties. Not only are these materials dangerous to touch, but they may damage your dumpster rental as well. If you have questions about prohibited items or anything we can’t take off your hands, give us a call.
Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?
If you’re keeping your roll off container in the public right-of-way, get a Dumpster Permit from the borough of Bangor. This is especially important if your bin will be in the street or blocking the sidewalk. You don’t need city permission if you’re working on private property, like your driveway or a construction site.
