Frequently Asked Questions

Can my dumpster rental go in the street?

Our driver can deliver your roll off dumpster to the street. However, you'll need a Right-of-Way Use permit from Marion County's Office of the County Engineer ahead of time. If you keep your roll off container on private property, such as your driveway or jobsite, then you don't need a permit. To ensure a successful drop-off, make sure the location is flat and paved. If the area is steep enough that you need a parking brake, then it's too steep for your bin. For more delivery tips, contact our team.

When I rent a dumpster, will it have a door?

All our Fort McCoy dumpster rentals have a loading door to help make the cleanup process easier. Simply walk your larger items in through the door. Spread them evenly throughout the bin to efficiently use the space. You can also use a wheelbarrow to collect your debris and roll it in through the door. You have the option with smaller materials to throw them over the sides or walk them in the door of the roll off dumpster. Be sure nothing is sticking out of the top or hanging over the sides to ensure a successful pickup.

How It Works

1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
