When I rent a dumpster, how should I prepare for delivery?
On the day of delivery, unlock any necessary gates for our driver. Make sure the area is clear and accessible. Move parked cars, large equipment and other obstacles away from the drop-off area. You can also lay down plywood or set up cones to mark the delivery spot, but it's not mandatory. If you plan to keep your roll off dumpster in the street, you may need a permit ahead of time. 4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
