Our driver will haul away your bin and replace it with an empty dumpster of the same size. You get a new bin delivered right to you at the same low price as the first.

How do I prepare for dumpster delivery?
Just make sure your drop-off location is accessible and clear. Unlock any gates and move any cars, equipment or obstacles out of the way. You don't need to be present for delivery as our driver can arrive anytime between 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekdays.

How do I prepare for pickup?
Once you've scheduled your dumpster pickup all you need to do is make sure our driver can easily access your dumpster and haul it away! Just like delivery, make sure the path to your dumpster is clear and any gates are unlocked. All debris should be safely in your dumpster, with nothing sticking out over the top or sides of the bin.
Your dumpster can be picked up at any time throughout the day, so you don't need to be present for pickup.
How do I know what my debris weighs?
Every dumpster comes with a set weight limit outlined in your service agreement. If you're not sure what your debris weighs, use our handy weight calculators to make sure you don't overfill your dumpster.
Is there anything I can't throw in my dumpster?
Yes, there are a few standard prohibited items that can never go in a dumpster, including refrigerators, hot water tanks, tires, paint cans, adhesives, lightbulbs and household cleaners. You should never throw hazardous waste in your bin, either. If you have a question about a specific item you'd like to throw away, check your service agreement for a list of prohibited items in your area or call our team of experts for personalized support.
Will I be charged for anything after my dumpster is picked up?
There are several dumpster fees that can be added to your dumpster rental, but all of these charges can typically be avoided. The most common fees occur when a dumpster exceeds its weight limit, or is overfilled to the point where our driver cannot safely pick it up.
We never want your final invoice to surpise you, so please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with common dumpster fees and how they can be avoided.
