Should I cover my roll off dumpster if it rains?
Expecting inclement weather during your dumpster rental period? Cover the top to keep out excess moisture. If too much water gets inside the bin, it makes your load heavier, especially if you're tossing carpet, furniture or other absorbent items. When I rent a dumpster, where should it go?
The drop-off location should be flat, paved and convenient for your workflow. Your driveway is usually the best option for residential projects. If you're working on a jobsite, keep the roll off container in a designated waste area away from equipment and other potential obstacles.
