What size roll off dumpster will I need?
The roll off container you need depends on your project type and the debris you’re getting rid of. Our 10 yard bin works best for home cleanouts and small-scale cleanups. If you’re tackling a commercial construction or demolition job, our 40 yard bin is probably a better fit. We also offer a range of sizes in between and can make an expert recommendation when you call to rent a dumpster.
Where is a good place for my dumpster rental?
Keep the roll off dumpster in an area that’s convenient for you and accessible to our driver. Your driveway is typically best for residential projects. If you’re on a jobsite, the bin should be set in a designated spot away from debris and other potential obstacles. We can also place the roll off container on the street in front of or adjacent to your property, but you’ll need a Right-of-Way Permit from the city of Overland Park.
