Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster in Gardena?
If you're keeping your roll off container on private property, you don't need a permit of any kind. This includes your driveway or jobsite. However, you should get an Encroachment Permit if your bin will be in the street or blocking the sidewalk. You can apply for one by contacting Gardena's Public Works Department. What can't I dispose of in my roll off dumpster?
